Our flight to New York was delayed 2 hours. This is what I cranked out! I haven’t even boarded the plane and I am almost finished with one of my projects. I have four more days of vacation too 😕

I hope we board soon. JFK… You ain’t cool.
Knitting. Art. Music. Etc. Enjoy :)
Let’s see if I can commit to this… I want to post a song that makes me happy… or intrigues me…. every Monday. And I’m hoping I can make FO Fridays for my knitting!!! So we shall see.
You probably know about Vampire Weekend. But I really like this song and it popped into my head. So here!
I need this in my life. Will I ever have time to knit it?…..
This is the Multnomah shawl. Minus the waves. I started this months ago and wanted to free my needles already. I still have some finishing work to do but I’m pretty happy with how it came out. Next time, I’ll make sure I make all the increases in the proper places!!!!
Now i need to go through my warddrobe and figure out what to wear with it!
I tested a hat for yarnovernewyork! It’s called Barburuti. Stay tuned for the pattern release!
I love this song…
Song: Cardiac Arrest (live)
Artist: Bad Suns
Really mellow song to listen to on a busy Monday.

My posting has been terrible. I know. Can I say that I’ll be posting regularly? No. I’m in school guys. But I can say that I hoooope that I can post a comic I did for my OTA program and show my progress on a test knit on Friday. So let’s all hope Shannan gets her schoolwork done this week. So she can knit profusely xD
Before I move on with the details of this post, I want to thank my dearest friend Pearl Marina for this lip smacking recipe. ❤

I’m trying to get back to cooking after a three week hiatus (school’s fault I promise). The chicken was good. The rice and broccoli were both cooked terribly wrong. Bleh. I should have blogged about yesterday’s successful pan egg “bake”. Our oven is broken so I have to get creative with stove top recipes.
This cartoon captures my exact sentiments when I have started a new project. I need complete focus. See me with some needles? Back away and give me some peace. 😊
